Online Communities

Web 2.0 is the new catchy term for places you visit that you can interact with. This ideas is far from new though. At duo we have been encouraging our clients for quite some time to raise the bar on getting their customers and community to interact with their website. From the fairly familiar interactions like bulletin boards and blogs through to online associations who encourage their users to share news, events techniques and ideas.
